Working hour : Full time from 8AM – 5PM, Monday to Friday
1) Responsible to receive and respond/follow up all the consumers/customers complains and execute “accurate, prompt, and kindness” consultation as a window of company via phone, email or directly meeting.
2) Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
3) Input records of to call center database in a comprehensible way
4) Feedback real consumer‘s voice to improve product, marketing and sales activities.
5) Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
6) MKT Expenses Control & input the PH
7) Manage & follow Kao Website, Kompass
1) Can speak english and have experience atleast 2-3 years
2) Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
3) Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
4) Has a conceptual skill to unify lots of information or data.
5) Communication skill with related depertment and external company.
6) Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Salary and Benefits
Salary: 7.000.000 - 10.000.000, Depend on candidate’s ability
